This Tuna Thinks Its a Steak
Sesame encrusted Tuna, cooked medium rare and served over organic greens, then topped with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, olives and cucumbers.  Served with our house-made soy sesame dressing.
 
Caesar Salad
Classic Caesar Salad with a bed of romain lettuce tossed with pine nuts, fresh parmesan and our house-made Caesar Dressing.  Topped with croutons and the choice to add grilled chicken or fresh grilled Salmon
 
Chicken Apple Salad
Traditional chicken salad using tarragon mayonaise mixed with apples, almonds and red onion.  Served on organic greens with our house-made balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side.
 
Farmer's Market Mixed
Organic greens tossed with red onion slices, carrot curls and toasted walnuts.  Topped with Maytag Blue Cheese and served with balsamic vinaigrette.

Our very own homemade traditional hummus served on a bed of romain.  Accompaniments include calamata olives, cucumbers, tomato and red onion.  Served with pita triangles.
