Tomato Pesto Crostini

House-made Pesto spread on crostinis topped with ripe red tomatoes and balsamic reduction.

 

Hummus Platter

Our own Hummus made the traditional way and served with black olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and pita chips.        

 

Artichoke Dip

Hot dip with artichoke hearts, red onions, garlic, cream cheese and parmesan cheese.  Served with crostinis

 

Pizzette

House-made, hand-tossed pizza crust drizzled with olive oil and topped with tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and fresh mozzarella baked to perfection!

Add Prosciutto or chicken or try our house-made chicken pesto pizzette.   

 

Crab Cakes

Lump crabmeat mixed with bread crumbs and spices, then rolled in Panko and fried to a golden brown.  Served with chipotle mayo.  

 

Tuscan Mushrooms

Mushrooms stuffed with roasted red peppers, scallions, black olives and pecorino cheese,  roasted in the oven and topped with fresh basil and balsamic reduction.

Not Your Mother’s Ham and Cheese

Niman Ranch Cured Ham, Vermont Cheddar, and stone ground mustard, Grilled and served on honey buttered sourdough bread. 

 

New York Style Reuben

Niman Ranch corned beef or turkey, swiss cheese, house made Thousand Island dressing, and fresh kraut grilled on dark rye.      

 

Caesar Salad

Classic Caesar Salad with a bed of Romaine tossed with pine nuts, fresh Parmesan, and our house Caesar dressing.  Finished with croutons on top.

Add grilled chicken or baked salmon

Mac and Cheese

Macaroni tossed with our house-made cheese sauce.

Penne Carbonara

Prosciutto, onions, peppers, and mushrooms tossed with penne in a light cream sauce.                                

 

Lasagna Rolls

Italian sausage, ground beef, mushrooms, and ricotta cheese rolled in lasagna noodles and set on top of Béchamel. Topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and baked till golden brown.                

 

Chicken Pesto

Penne pasta served with grilled chicken and sautéed mushrooms in a rich, house-made pesto cream sauce            

 

*All Pastas are served with a side salad and garlic bread

 

Entrees

 

Marinated Beef Kabobs

Marinated beef, skewered with mushrooms, red onion, and zucchini, seared and finished in the oven.                                   

 

Chicken Divan

Roasted chicken, broccoli, sautéed mushrooms and homemade béchamel sauce, topped with bread crumbs and browned in the oven.                                                     

 

Salmon en Papillote

Salmon and veggies wrapped in parchment and baked.  The moistness of the salmon makes this a crowd favorite! 

 

Prosciutto WrappedTilapia

Tilapia, topped with red peppers, wrapped in prosciutto and roasted in the oven.  Finished with a drizzle of balsamic reduction.  

*entrees come with a side salad, roasted vegetables and rice pilaf.
